Jeremy Rachlin, an associate in the Business, Real Estate & Litigation Group, graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, and citations from both the University Honors Program and the Gemstone Honors Program. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rachlin served a one-year judicial clerkship to The Honorable John W. Debelius III of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Mr. Rachlin is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Montgomery County, Maryland Chapter of American Inn of Court, and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. A true son of Maryland, he is also an avid Terps fan.
