Marcia C. Fidis
Principal, Co-Founder
Marcia Fidis specializes in estate planning, probate and tax concerns. She is also an expert on the tax implications of premarital agreements and divorce, and frequently works with the firm’s Divorce & Family Law attorneys on such matters as premarital agreements, property settlement agreements and the division of retirement accounts.
Ms. Fidis regularly speaks to attorneys and the general public on estate planning, and estate and trust administration. She also lectures on the impact of divorce on taxes and estates, and explains how tax and estate planning should be integrated into prenuptial and domestic partnership agreements. She is the co-author of a forthcoming book on premarital and domestic partnership agreements.
A co-founder of the firm, Ms. Fidis served as managing partner for 18 years. An accomplished musician, she lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and enjoys sailing.
