Elizabeth Sun-Young Kim

Elizabeth S. Kim is an associate attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Group.
Ms. Kim, a 2006 graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, practiced in Fairfax County, Virginia, in business litigation and estate planning before joining Pasternak & Fidis in November 2009.
In her previous practice, she advised her business owner clients in business succession planning and provided estate planning services to individuals, couples and families.
Ms. Kim graduated cum laude and with University Honors from Miami University’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and double minors in arts management and violin performance. In law school, she served as vice president of the Full-Time Day Division Student Body and as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Sylvania, Ohio, Ms. Kim has lived in Washington, D.C. since 2001. She enjoys the arts in general, especially classical violin and jazz piano.
